We offer an array of homemade dishes from Breakfast to Dinner with something to tantalize everyone’s tastebuds. Add to Dinner a glass of BC Wine from our list of top wines and the view of Kootenay Lake and the Purcell Mountain range from our floor to ceiling windows, will bring your Dining Room experience together.

Jason Allard is our Executive Chef. His impressive culinary career has taken him around the world. Trained in the UK, his extensive experience includes working in some of the leading restaurants throughout the UK and Europe. In his own words "...being the Executive Chef at Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort for the last eight years has been most rewarding. Setting and maintaining a high standard while keeping my own unique approach to professionalism has proven to be both exciting and challenging. As a destination Resort, we cater to wide range of tastes, including special requests and dietary needs. We do try to keep in touch with the latest trends. However, given enough notice we can truly make your stay memorable with your very own personalized meal."

The Resort offers two menus per year...Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. This allows us to make use of fresh ingredients when available and to offer daily specials that are locally sourced. "I have travelled around the world experiencing many different cultures and cuisines before arriving in British Columbia in the mid nineties. I felt that I had found the best place on earth. I look forward to cooking for you."
